Driver Compensation:

Two ways to get paid!

  • 22-28% of Gross linehaul. (90¢ -$2/ mile to driver)

  • Mileage pay 65¢- 85¢/mile (all miles

  • Insurance plan with low deductibles.

  • Some routes provide weekends off

  • Options to dispatch yourself after 60 days!

  • Regional & Longhaul

Driver Requirements:

Owner Operators

  • 75% of 95% Gross of Line haul we pay all cost & trailer cost. 

  • Or 90% Flow through charges to Lease Operator

  • Plus following listed accessorials

  • 100% Fuel Surcharge

  • 100% of all detention paid

  • 100% Stop pay

  • 100% of accessorial charges 

  • Weekly settlements

  • Low Escrow 

  • Fleet Fuel Card

  • Tire Program

  • Trailer Program

  • IFTA Filings

  • Plate Program

  • Option to dispatch yourself after 30 days. 

  • Lease Tractors available ( req. 24 months unbroken work history)

  • 26 years of age

  • CDL Class A

  • Tanker Endorsement

  • Clean Driving record

  • Reefer Experience preferred

  • 36 months Verifiable
