Please Note that several drivers are currently Recording their Driver Duty Status Locations incorrectly.

The FMCSA rules sometimes have interpretations that are hard to follow. However after researching this subject for several weeks, I have concluded the proper way to record the location is to either drop a Remarks Flag and write in the location, or to use brackets to connect these changes ( one set of brackets per connected changes. Please feel free to send me any FMCSA rules that you find to support your own way of recording them. These logs will be marked as incorrect and you will be given a chance to correct them.
